Eligibility

Adult individuals seeking treatment at Crossroads will be considered for admission without prejudice to race, ethnicity, national origin, religious beliefs, age, or sexual orientation.

Eligibility is based on the following criteria:

  • Adult age (18 years or older)
  • Chemically dependent
  • Resident of Connecticut

The admission process also requires an assessment to determine whether an individual's medical and mental health status can be managed safely without disruption to the recovery process. Non-eligible applicants will be referred to appropriate providers within the continuum of care.
